We can perform a free CCTV drain survey, liaise with your insurance company and instruct established and reputable local company BlockBusters to repair the damage.

When we unblock your drains we can’t see what has caused the blockage. Often blockages can be caused by a collapsed drain or otherwise damaged pipe that needs to be replaced - but because drainage pipes are mostly underground, we don’t know that without a closer look.

When you sign a mandate to allow Drain Check to deal with your insurance claim, we will instruct our sister company BlockBusters to perform a free CCTV drain survey which will show exactly where any damage is.

We work in partnership with the BlockBusters Group to provide you with the same great customer service and attention to detail you’ve come to expect.

Here’s what happens:

If there is no damage to be repaired, there is no charge.

If our CCTV drain survey does identify damage, we will contact your insurance company on your behalf and manage the entire claim for you. This service is completely free of charge to you - your only payment will be any potential insurance excess.

We will then organise repair work with BlockBusters, our preferred local and reputable drainage experts.
